Account Registration⚓︎

This section explains how to register for a TDEI account, verify your email, and log in to the TDEI Portal, or reset your password.

Logging In⚓︎

To access the TDEI Portal, navigate to https://portal.tdei.us/. If you already have an account, enter your email and password and select Sign In.

After signing in successfully, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.

Registering a New Account⚓︎

If you do not yet have an account:

1. From the login page, select Register Now

2. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and a password

   Password requirements: Minimum of 8 characters; must include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one special character, and one number.

3. Check I agree to the Terms and Conditions, then select Create Account

   

4. A confirmation page will appear indicating that a verification link has been sent to your email address

   

   Didn't receive the verification email?

   If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, or select Resend Email Verification on this page. The email will be sent from admin@tdei.us.

Verifying Your Email⚓︎

1. Open the verification email from admin@tdei.us and select Verify My Email

   The verification link expires after 12 hours. If it has expired, return to the portal and use Resend Email Verification to request a new link.

2. You will be taken to a page prompting you to complete the verification — select » Click here to proceed

   

3. A confirmation page will appear: Your account has been updated. Select « Back to Application to return to the login page

   

You are now ready to log in.

Forgot Password⚓︎

If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password on the login page and provide your registered email address to receive a password reset link.
